We understand that it might not be feasible for you to return your vehicle on the scheduled maturity date, or you may need to have additional time with your current vehicle. We have End of Lease specialists available to discuss options for your unique circumstances. Payment Deferral:

We are asking current GM Financial customers to contact us directly so that we can best address each
customer’s unique scenario through direct dialogue. Direct your customers to the following:

End-of-Term Inspections:

Lally Chevrolet continues to be the only return location available.   Please make an appointment with our service department to drop off your vehicle.

If an inspection has not been completed or cannot be completed in time for your end of term date, GM Financial will arrange to have your vehicle inspected post-return. Any end of term charges that may be applicable to your account will be processed by GM Financial and mailed to your address on file with a copy of the completed vehicle inspection report.

Our third-party inspection vendor, has advised that until further notice, pre-term inspections will no longer be performed. Pre-term inspections that have been scheduled will be cancelled.

End-of-Term Inspections:

No Pre-Inspections are being carried out at this point.  Please make an appointment to drop your lease with the service department at Chatham Chrysler.  Inspections will be carried out post termination.

AFG / WFCU

In response to the operational and financial challenges thrust upon us all as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, AFG in partnership with WFCU would like to do our part by offering needed financial support to our lessees. Each of these relief options will be provided through AFG Canada via email and over the phone, please direct your lessees to contact AFG directly at 1-877-354-4234 option#2, or email caleaseoptions@afgcanada.ca.

AFG / WFCU Leases Terminating prior to July 1st, 2020

Lease Extensions:

Option A:

For a maximum of 2 months, on a one-time nonrenewable basis. Best choice if the lessee intends on returning the vehicle, however due to business disruptions AFG Canada and your Dealership cannot accommodate immediate return of the vehicle.

Option B:

Best choice if the lessee is unsure as to the short-term economic environment, may wish to retain the vehicle, or simply delay making a decision.  Designed as a 36-month extension, guaranteeing a preferred 1.49% rate, all fees waived with (up to) 4 monthly payments forgiven (not deferred).
- Early termination fees waived with restrictions
- The agreement will be facilitated through a simple contract amendment to the current lease agreement via email

Payment Deferral:

In addition to AFG Canada / WFCU lease end relief, WFCU will provide payment deferral options for active finance and lease customers impacted by COVID-19. These requests should be directed to WFCU via email at leasing@wfcu.ca.

End-of-Term Inspections:

When returning your lease vehicle without an official inspection being done prior we are asking that you follow this process to confirm the condition of the vehicle before it is returned. by doing this you are protecting yourself in the event that something happens to the vehicle after your drop it off. We do not want to charge you for damages that were not there.

There should be minimum of 6 pictures taken of vehicle:

- Left Front showing equal portions of the front and left side
- Open Driver Door and take a picture showing as much of interior as possible.
- VIN Sticker that is located on the driver side door pillar or the door ensure the VIN is clear and can be red
- Odometer Reading including the instrument panel
- Right Rear showing equal portions of the rear and the right side
- 2 sets of Keys, Owner’s Manual and Ownership.

If there is any damage visible please take a picture of it Hold up a Toonie or a Loonie to identify the size. Remember just because there is a dent does not mean that you will be charged for damages but it is better to take a picture before returning the vehicle in the event something else is identified at the final inspection. Please keep these photos until you receive the Final Lessee Invoice.

Kia:

KMF is closely monitoring the impact of Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), and we are intent on ensuring our customers are cared for during this developing situation. We understand that times like these cause a lot of uncertainty, especially when it comes to managing payments. With this in mind, we are proud to share with you the following customer support initiatives for your current KMF Lease.

Lease Extensions:

Active KMF Lease customers who are scheduled to mature in the next 30-days, but
cannot return their vehicle to their originating Kia Dealership due to COVID-19
concerns can extend their maturity date by up-to 30-days
• Maturity Date, Residual Value, and Maximum Allowable Kilometers are adjusted
• Periodic Payment amount and Interest Rate remains unchanged

• Account must be current (not delinquent), and demonstrate good repayment history
with KMF
• Customer must provide confirmation of valid vehicle insurance through the extension
period
• Customer must continue making payments during the extension period
• Customer must qualify through KMF

OR

KMF Lease customers who are scheduled to mature in the next 30-days, but
delivery of their replacement Kia Lease vehicle is delayed/postponed due to production
constraints can extend their maturity date by 30 to 90-days
• Maturity Date, Residual Value, and Maximum Allowable Kilometers are adjusted
• Periodic Payment amount and Interest Rate remains unchanged

• Customer must execute and return a Lease Extension Agreement prepared by KMF
and emailed to the subject Customer
• Account must be current (not delinquent), and demonstrate good repayment history
with KMF
• Customer must supply confirmation of Sold Order for replacement Kia vehicle
• Customer must provide confirmation of valid vehicle insurance through the extension
period
• Customer must continue making payments during the extension period
• Customer must qualify through KMF

Payment Deferral:

Current Customers can defer Lease payments for a 30-day period without additional processing fees, when approved through KMF.
• Customer’s Credit Bureau is not impacted
• Original Lease Term is extended by the deferral period
• Original Residual Value, Maximum Allowable Kilometers, Periodic Payment and
Interest Rate remains unchanged

• Limited to KMF Lease customers whose employment or health has been temporarily impacted by COVID-19
• 1 st auto-debit payment on account must be successfully collected, and request must be
received at least 3 business days prior to next payment date to be processed
• Customer must qualify through KMF

OR

Current Customers can move their periodic Lease payment due-date forward by up-to
20-days without additional processing fees or interest expense, providing customers
additional time to make their scheduled periodic lease payment

• KMF Lease customers who require up-to 20 additional days to make their scheduled periodic payment
• Account must be current (not delinquent)
• 1st auto-debit payment on account must be successfully collected, and request must be
received at least 6 calendar days prior to next payment date to be processed
• Cannot be combined with “Lease: 30-day Payment Deferral”
• Customer must qualify through KMF

End-of-Term Inspections:

Please make an appointment with Lally Kia's service department to arrange drop off of your leased vehicle.  If an inspection has not been completed, KMF will arrange to have your vehicle inspected post-return.

 

Mazda:

Lease Extensions:

A lease extension of 4 months is being offered with no fee due to the COVID-19 situation.

Payment Deferral:

We have been working with our trusted financial partners to offer existing qualified customers lease payment deferrals. For questions regarding your Mazda lease, please contact Mazda Financial Services at 1-888-703-8857 or clientrelations@cdlsi.com for assistance.

End-of-Term Inspections:

Please make an appointment with the Chatham Mazda service department to arrange drop off of your leased vehicle.  If an inspection has not been completed, Mazda Financial will arrange to have your vehicle inspected post-return.

Ford:

We recognize that each customer situation is different, and Ford Credit is here to help out as best we can. Currently, we are offering the following assistance, and we will continue to evaluate the changing circumstances for our lease-end customers:

Lease Extensions:
We can offer 1-month lease-end extensions without a customer or dealer signature. Additional lease-end extensions are available.

Payment Deferral:
We will continue to work with you to make payment arrangements. We are here to help. If you have been affected by COVID-19 or a natural disaster, access your Account Manager. Or, call 1-877-636-7346. Due to high call volumes, it may take multiple attempts to connect by phone. We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience.  Please have your SIN number or Ford Credit Account number ready when you call so that we can pull up your account without delay.

Ford Credit is here to support you during this critical time. We are in the process of contacting customers electronically and directing them to enroll into Account Manager where they can process a payment deferral, change a payment due date, set up paperless billing, receive account notifications, and view account details.
